Yesterday was a food day. It didn't start out that way. Well sort of. I didn't eat my Corned Beef dinner until 7:30 PM which made the day more a foodie day than usual. Weight - 187 Food Breakfast - Banana, Chocolate Chunk Scone, Green Grapes, Almond Milk Snack - Chocolate Cake w/Icing, Scone Lunch - Oatmeal w/Raisins and Almond Milk Snack - Banana, Green Grapes, Irish Soda Bread Dinner - Corned Beef, Potato, Carrots Beverages 3 Water 1.5 Almond Milk Grand Total Calories: 2121 Fat: 84.75 Sodium: 2482.5 Potassium: 2215 Carbs: 288.47 Sugar: 88.25 Protein: 48.02 Exercise Swimming - 35 Minutes Bike - 5/127 - 22:35 - My personal best on the bike in the community room Okay, there you have it. The good, the bad, and the ugly. If I had turned on the crockpot when I thought I did, I would have eaten earlier and eliminated at least lunch and one snack, and one scone. The slice of cake was set before me during the game of canasta. She expected everyone to have a slice. I'm grateful it wasn't a large slice. This is also reflected on the scale today. Well, not everyday is going to be a great day. Just try to make up for it today. Losing weight is not for the faint of heart.

I ate limited meals on Saint Patrick's Day since my family and myself are getting ready to move to another rental home in Lake Charles early next week.

I suffered my way through a morning donut with lots of white icing! What? Diabetes? Yes, Valerie I blew it royally and didn't even bother to use a napkin:( I wanted to keep that sticky frosting taste on my lips, for as long as possible I had an extravagant day, too much sugar, sugar, sugar

Yummy! I love corned beef. I don’t eat breakfast and seldom take a snack but my weight is not going down.

@just4him Yes, I do but I don’t take a diet. I am eating healthy and not much. I think my metabolism is slower as I get older.

Well it is nice to have more foods once in a while, sometimes we're just more hungry. I don't remember what I ate on Thursday lol

It was just too much. Yesterday was better. Hopefully, today will be even better and more normal than the past two days.
