I am getting hungry. So I´ll cook an omelette in my new skillet. The omelette will slide to the plate I´m so happy to finally have a skillet that will not have to be scrubed I bet I will be cooking lots of omelettes again now that I have my new ware.

I love my new set of pots and pans that I got 2 years ago. They are very good and I have the same good actions with eggs and omelets; they slide out of the pan with no sticking whatsoever! I know you will enjoy them.
