Spring is here..!?

It would seem that Spring has arrived. Most of the snow has melted here, even though where I live, it can continue to snow/snow out of the blue up until about mid-April. What a nice time of the year! I hope everyone else has nice Spring weather, and all the other nice things associated with Spring. If I'm not mistaken, for those of you in the Southern Hemisphere, it is actually going in to Fall..? Also, a nice time of year! Enjoy

Spring is here officially but we still have cool weather this weekend. A few things are trying to bloom here.

Excellent. It is "technically" Spring here as well, just unfortunately the weather can still be cold and snow for another few weeks, as historically it does. That sounds nice, though. Enjoy Spring!

March marks the start of autumn for us but we can still have a lot of hot days. However, it's now 23 March and the really hot weather seems to have gone.

@dilleo We have mild wet winters, a Mediterranean-type climate and like California. That's what we were taught at school. We never get snow here and only a few days with frosts.

I thought Australia was that way, very interesting! I take it it's pretty well hot there, all year round? That is nice though, that the heat is starting to settle there. Cheers

It's been spring-like for months, barely having much of a winter. My husband, George, actually likes it, because it's not to hot not to cold. Although he enjoys hotter temps then I do.

Ahh, that sounds nice. I think I am similar to George, as far as liking temperatures more mild or in the middle. Personally, I can't stand it being too hot though. Daytona Beach is a nice place, I was there some years ago now, but it was enjoyable, even though I was I think 12 years old, so it is hard to remember it all.

Some bulb plants are sticking out of the ground and I saw my first robin yesterday, so, yes, I'd say Spring is here.

@dilleo what a nice plan, you should come during summer, it will be nice here, you will get so much sun - or even too much since last year we got heat until 40 degrees
