Is this legit message from PayPal?

This day PayPal messaged me. They informed me I'm restricted to open my account to confirm if it's me owner. They noticed something fishy activities. But I never responded and never opened my account. There are so many things they offered me. They offered $ 5 as gift. I think this is the syndicate who took my 6 ,000 retained in PayPal. I shared about it to you here. Please give me your opinion if this message is fishy or not? Also, tell me if you receive 5 dollars from PayPal? I don't know why PayPal is loving me this way . @LadyDuck , I reported that fishy account to Yahoo .These scammers thought that I am still using the same email add. I am using another email add when I opened a new PP account. This kind of group play havoc to humans. I have lost my 6,000 plus pesos I retained in PayPal. That was accumulated amount from different sources.

I did received 5$ from paypal and I also quickly cash it out via gcash. Ive been using paypal for so long now and i have no problem from them. I usually dont open links from emails. I log in directly to their site or apps.

No, of course is a phishing maneuver. Just hover with your mouse on the email address, you will see in the bar the actual real email address

oh sorry, on the phone. just try to forward the e-mail, the fake address will appear in the body of the e-mail. will look maybe like jsdhifrhsdkifh@kjsdhfkdshmf.com lol...

After a hacked message from my Bank long time ago, I never open any mails from the Bank or from any place such as it. Go to Pay pal directly and see what is happening.

I never get a $5 offer from PayPal, and I often get this message in emails that I didn't register with PayPal so as admin and others have told to you.
