Fixing my dinner.

I had forgotten about the chicken brest with its wonderful chicken broth. Now I ate some fresh cheese, half an avocado and a carrot I had cooked in the broth. Now I have some of the broth heating and will later pour it in my mug to take to my bedroom. I want to watch a movie later on. Most of the breast is covered with the broth and in the fridge. I will eat it tomorrow. But I left a bit of the breast to make a sandwich with chicken and shredded lettuce. What are you having for dinner?

@marguicha I get Pollock squares, 2"x2", on sale at Safeway, 4 little blocks for $5. Then, looking like McDonald's fish burger, my sandwich is made, minus cheese and different bun. But wasn't too hungry, so had soy beans instead.

I had mashed potatoes at lunch. I cooked the peeled potatoes with the broth and the mashed potatoes were delicious.
