Spring is the season of colours. During spring season in the northern states in India and places like Topchanchi the beautiful palash flower or forest fire flower makes the environment crimson. Travellers enjoy the background and romantic weather. It is neither cold nor hot. It is very pleasant.

Those look like Nerium or Oleander. I have five pots of them in my garden of three different varieties. They look pretty when in full bloom. But you have to be very careful. They can be highly poisonous. So, it's must to wash hands well

Your plant looks very much like what we call 'oleander' which is a popular garden and street plant but poisonous. The photo is from Wikimedia courtesy: Challiyan at Malayalam Wikipedia, CC BY 3.0

I went on a tour of Netarhat and saw many Palash flowers there.

Netarhat is a lovely scenic tourist place. Even Mahua trees and red oleander trees are there in that place
