Hi guys,
Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. I came across this beautiful quote so thought to share it here.
Many a times in life, our beliefs doesn't make us a better person, but our behaviour does. How we behave with others in society and life, determines whether we are a better person or not.
Behaviour of a person is very important rather than beliefs because everyone has all sorts of beliefs but how you act upon it that matters most.
Let's all try to behave nicely with all people and don't be unnecessarily rude to others.
I have seen people behaving badly with waiters in restaurants if food doesn't come on time or sometimes with no reason, taking out their anger on others for no fault of theirs. I feel it isn't right. We all are humans and we all deserve respect no matter what work we are doing.
Share your thoughts about it. Have a good day. Take care!!

Hi, it's good to see your post after a long time. Somehow I have been missing it lately.
Love this quote and it's true too. But on a deeper thought some of our behaviour are a part of our habit and they happen unconsciously. But when it comes to some, our beliefs have a big role to play there. Isn't it?

So true - our actions or behaviour, especially under pressure, really give a better idea of who we are than what we profess to believe.
To be fair, even a normally good person can temporarily lose control under certain conditions, but in general, we want our daily life course to be consistent with our stated beliefs.
I found this very interesting scripture on that thought:
' You believe that there is one God, do you? You are doing quite well. And yet the demons believe and shudder. But do you care to know, O empty man, that faith without works is useless?'(James 2:19,20)
As you say, it isn't enough to say we believe something - what are we doing to show it?
