Good Report!

I saw my family physician today and received an awesome, good and excellent report! (Not to mention that he is cute too!)
My cholesterol is down.
My blood sugar is down.
My calories are down.
My carbs are down.
In other words, everything has plummeted! He was impressed. So was I.
I forgot to have myself weighed. Last month, I had lost 10 pounds.
This was a good day.

There's nothing more satisfying than a good or excellent health report when visiting a doctor. Good job!
Living in Florida, skin cancer is always a concern, so I make sure I visit my dermatologist annually. I just had my checkup a few weeks ago, and I too received a glowing report! And, like you mentioned about your doctor, my dermatologist is very cute as well. Her name is Ashley. She insists that I call her Ashley and not Doc or Doctor. She told me she loves feeling my soft skin. If I didn't have a girlfriend already, I would have probably asked her out on a date! LOL
