@Gnana_Helps No, it's not really healthy unless you use natural coloring, you can make your own colors with food, saffron for yellow, red beets for red, spinach for green... it works

@LadyDuck tqq for the suggests will search for natural coluring agents if I make this cake. Hope they dnt change the taste.

Dye is used to add the colors. I have never made one or ate one. But I have seen these kind of cakes before.

They look tempting. My younger daughter once tried them watching some online video. It came out well. She didn't have all the colours, so it was not a complete rainbow
