Are you a tofu lover? Have you tasted tofu ? Well in our household we always have and cook tofu. As asians , our taste buds is loving tofu . It can be cooked and blended with other dishes like pork meats , fish and chicken and even with vegetables too. Do you know that tofu can also help in weight loss if consuned in correct servings? Mom would akways ask me to fry tofu or blanche it with butter abd some oyster sauce together with some vegetables like mushrooms . It has fiber abd can help cleanse colon abd keep you from cancer too. There are studies about tofu that it aids in memory loss as well and it is very helpful to vegans and vegetarians because it is also a good source of protein. So just in case you went grocery shopping pick some tofu for a healthy you . p.s. picture is mine while preparing tofu meal.

Tofu is a very common food here. We often have it. In fact there are many kinds of tofu and yours is new for me Your tofu has big bubbles and it looks dry. Here usually the tofu contains water. I like tofu. Today I have a new dish and that is cook the tofu with air fryer and it is very delicious.

@youless This is actually a frozen tofu that I cut into halves . I guess thats why it looks dry because I actually just got it out from our freezer. I love cutting frozen tofu because it wont break . I'll be cooking it together with mushrooms , butter and oyster sauce . I think tofu differs from one country to another .

@youless There are actually a lot of ways to cook tofu , it depends on how you like it and your sources like if you have air fryers or other methods to cook. I think you were referring to @thehazelsister she is the one who asked how to cook tofu on an air fryer .

It reminds me that our family has tofu for dinner today! We ate spicy braised tofu cooked by my sister. I can say that it is a staple in our household. It's cheap, and we can use it in a variety of dishes
