Yoga and degenerative bone disease

There is a lot of information that yoga will be good for people with degenerative bone disease. Yoga will help relieve pain and prevent it from getting worse. Patients will need less medication. Does anyone here have experience or information on this? There are many people around me who need to consult.

Yes, it is. Yoga is great for body,mind and emotions. I can vouch for that as I have managed my health issues with yoga very well. It does help with muscle and bone strength and toning.

Right. I have also practiced yoga before. And yoga is really good for the body and mind. I am learning yoga for people who have degenerative bone disease.

Not sure what exactly you mean by degenerative bone disease but yoga does have many benefits.

Yoga has many benefits. I have consulted that people with degenerative bone can still practice yoga. Yoga stretches muscles and reduces pain if practiced correctly and with the right intensity.

I dont know anything about this. I am not so keen in yoga though i do light exercise in the morning and afternoon
