Troubled Waters!

April 6, 2022 12:47pm CST
A friend of mine asked God, Why are you taking me through troubled waters? God's reply. Because your enemies can't swim. Have you ever thought God has taken you through troubled waters to protect you from your enemies, or something that might do you harm?

Interesting thought. I think of it more like this for me. There are no troubled waters for God, as all is calm in his peace. The fact that we have troubled waters, is because we are not with God in his peace. Our mind is turmoiled by our troubles, when we should merely stay within God's ship, and not put out on our own, into the troubled waters all around, and outside of his ship, named love. We should see all as love, and that God is with us, and has never left our side, despite the illusion that we have left his side, to drop ourselves into troubled waters, outside of the safety of his ship.

There are a lot of verses about this in the Bible. A very good way to think about our troubles. Thanks.

I have always been taught by reading books written by ministers that when troubled time to all of us, it is His way of shaping us into Godly persons of character.

There are many things which have cosmic significance and is beyond human comprehension. I don't question them. I just hold on to my faith
