Angela Tortorice is one amazing woman who has run 1,000 marathons in the time span of 25 years since she is using her platform to run marathons for her benefit to stay healthy but also since she enjoys the friendship of meeting other runners. Angela reached an amazing feat of running her 1.000 marathon on April 2 at the Irving Marathon in Texas on April 2 of this year. Thanks to her amazing ability to run in marathons throughout her career, she has raised money for multiple sclerosis since her former husband has been the illness. She has raised over $1 million dollars in her marathon runs. Angela insists that she will continue to run marathons since she enjoys giving back to her community.

An former college lecturer of mine used to run marathons ...for charity ....he was well into his s sixties then and he carried on several more years.
