I have been getting up more and doing some stretches lately. I feel so much better. I was getting some bad attacks of pleurisy on a daily basis which scared me. Now I do breathing exercises whenever I think of it, when I get up for a potty break I also do some arm stretches and exercises and, I touch my toes. Make sure my posture is good too. With no standing and just sitting at the computer all day a person is more subject to brain fog, dementia, cancer risk goes up, can develop varicose veins, anxiety level can go up, and, of course, you will gain weight. So, be sure you are getting up about every half hour or so( I do so about every other hour)and stretch.

Good for you! (I guess it's easier touching your toes when you're taking a potty break... )
