Two days ago a Tennessee Highway Patrol Officer who last name is Coker was driving on Interstate 40 near Knoxville when he saw his chance to save a hog that was running loose on the highway.
The catch was that Officer Coker did not have in his possession his lasso to save the animal from being killed by a motorist driving on the highway.
Officer Coker used his backup plan by using his tape measure to capture the hog and take the hog to a safe place.
Good work Officer Coker for saving the life of a hog who some unknown reason must have either run away from his owner who was likely driving on the highway that day.
It is not known if the hog did reunite with his owner or not.
