Yesterday night I did not want to get up late as I had to go to my eye doctor in the morning.
So I started to watch a show where the chef taught how to make an easy vegan ice cream for people with diabetes.
She froze two bananas and handful of berries. Then she whipped the frozen bananas and added the berries.
The result was placed in the freezer again for a while.
She served it in glasses with a beautiful mint leaf on top.
I thought it was so easy that I will buy bananas next times I buy fruit. I don“t have vegan friends but I have diabetic friends who have problems with lactose.
Would you be willing to try it?

I can't cook or bake anymore; and I doubt that my husband would make it; but thank you for the suggestion.

The only food program I've been on lately is MasterChef. It would be great if we also had this kind of educational program on TV, but nowadays many YouTubers are also sharing healthier recipes. This banana and berry ice cream sounds easy to make. Berries are hard to find here, but bananas alone are delicious
