Hunters chicken for lunch

Hunters chicken is one of my favourite meals. I only discovered it about three years ago. Basically it is a piece of chicken covered with bacon BBQ sauce and cheese. I usually have it with chips and salad. I had it today at a local restaurant. It was yummy

@Traceyjayne That's how my dad is. He loved shrimp for years, then mid 40s he had some, his throat closes up, and had to go to the ER.

@AmbiePam I was in my 40's too when it happened to me .... strangely it also happened to my Mom but I think she was in her 50's or maybe even 60's when it happened to her

You should try it....it's delicious. I thought that because of the BBQ sauce it had come from America, but I may be wrong.

@Traceyjayne Not sure where the dish comes from. BBQ would sort of suggest America. But you are right. Who knows? I am not even sure BBQ itself is entirely American alone, although the sauce we know to incorporate with it definitely seems American.

It is .. you can leave anything out that you don't like .....but I like it all....
