Many years ago, I called and a nice lady answered me. I wrote it down on a piece of paper with my ball point pen.
Later on, when I called, a machine would answer the phone and I had to wait until forever while there was the music of Home on the Range. I used to like that song but ended up hating it.
I should have waited a bit. After a while the song was replaced by machines who told me to click one if I needed something and another one if I needed something else. None of the posibilities was what I wanted. And I had lost all morning.
That happened 2 days ago while trying to spend less money on my eye exam. I ended up paying more to the only place where a human being answered.
Now I´m looking for a dentist. But it is not just to see a tooth but to check problems I have with the way I bite. I hope I can get one that my health insurance helps me pay for.
Do you have such problems? It looks as if everything is more difficult now.

Usually if I say "representative" I can talk to someone live.

I've ended up hating some songs that play over and over while you wait for someone to answer.

The only contact I have is to call my bank's customer service and I hate the beginning having to press a certain number for a certain thing and finally I am glad to hear a human voice on the other end however before that the automated voice speaks to me in English and in Spanish
