Hello everyone. I hope your day is going well. It is 63 degrees F and cloudy here at the Jersey Shore. I have a window open in the front room. The cats like that. It has been a quiet day here at the apartment with the cat crew. I stayed in bed until after 10 am. Gotta enjoy these last couple of lazy mornings because it is back to work on Monday.

I've got some laundry going. I showered and did a facial mask. I've bagged up the recycles. I put out the trash. I will do the dishes in a little bit. Nothing exciting on the agenda for the rest of the day. My friend's band is playing at a local tiki bar tonight but I haven't heard from anyone about going. I know that one of my friends will be there but she is going with a group of her friends that are her age so I don't want to creep up on their group. I reached out to my SIL because she enjoyed seeing them the last time but I never heard back from her. I hope she is okay. So it looks like I'll just be hanging around here with the cat crew. That is fine with me. It is pretty much all I do these days when I'm not working. What's everyone else up to today?

Gorgeous here. The air show and Thunder Over Louisville is going on today to start the Derby Festival. I’m nowhere near that insanity.

I vacuumed this morning, wrote a letter to my brother who’s having chemo and worked on poetry, went to the gym and for a walk. Now I’m sitting on the deck mylotting and it’s nearly sundown. I still want to work on picture albums.
