Hello, myLot!
My allergies/sinus troubles whateer came to a head this morning. I feel all stuffed up.
Aside from my head, my arm is hurting. A while back ago I pulled a muscle or something in my left shoulder. This time the pain is more in my tricep. 
I put some of the medicine on it that I was given for my shoulder last time, but it doesn't seem to be doing anything. Maybe the stuff lost its potency. Later I'll try something else that I have.
Anyway, I'm waiting for a call from the man I ride to church with.
I still need to have breakfast and coffee. Otherwise I'll be drinking a lot of tea today.

Sorry you are hurting. Sometimes it helps me to alternate heat and cold, like heating pad then ice bag. Just an idea for you.
