Since one year ago(March) the consumer price index has risen 8.5% according to the Labor Department. This is the strongest annual rate since 1981. Wage growth poses the biggest inflationary risk. Job switching in prime-age workers ages 25-54 may leave present jobs for higher-paying ones. About 64% of job-switchers say that their current job provides more pay than previous jobs did.

With rising prices and inflation every job seeker will see the pay package first to lead a better and comfortable life which is very essential for good job performance.
