What happened with my cat?

This is "Abe" a stray cat who often visits my house and finally we named him Abe, he hasn't come to my house for a few days, when my sister found him he was sleeping in front of my neighbors house. Then we saw this
his left cheek is very swollen, i don't know why and what should i do, can someone give me some advice?

Do you have a free vet that takes care of stray cats that will not take money for treating them? The poor cat.

You can give him some warm milk with homemade clarified butter (ghee). I have cured my cat from a number of injuries like that.
