The Price of Free Speech

Elon Musk and his newfound power can now expose, and I hope help end, government and legacy media-directed censorship: ban-here-ban-there-and-everywhere-ban ban.
If this is the case of, "free-speech absolutist" this rich Musk is saying he paid the price for, does that mean he will unban the banned?
Or uncensor the censored the government and media neurotically ganged down?
Oh well, we'll see what happens. I will believe it when I see it.

It’s funny, isn’t it. Back in the 1970s, the ACLU fought — and won — for the “free speech right” of a neo-Nazi group to march through a primarily Jewish community in Skokie, Illinois. Now anyone who says “hello” in the wrong tone of voice is silenced. What have we become.

Right. I was going to mention that incident, but the ACLU is weak, too. And the people follow. Even those who knowingly lie (those with power and influence) have millions and millions of subscribers they will believe.. Sometimes simply because they like THEM, not what's being said.

@everwonderwhy The next election where? No one ever brings that subject up about putting caps on rental and food prices.

@dfollin When petrol/gas prices rise, everything else follows. It all started there since January 2021

If you are the richest man in history and still can't deliver on free speech, he should lose it all.

And these rich guys who ran and CEOed Twitter have failed and lost it all. And are now history. So a richer guy took up the mantle for "free speech absolutism" . And the previous owners of Twitter are $44B richer, thanks to Elon Musk's charity.
