What Do You Think Helps You More When You Are Overwhelmed, Knowledge, Action Or Meditation?

You have so much going on when trying to catch up. It becomes so overwhelming. You think, there's got to be a better way to handle all this!

All three are important to deal with our hectic times and can also be used to reduce our stresses to where we live a more peaceful life.

Very true! I also think just slowing down a bit to regroup and calm yourself can be helpful.

As was mentioned all three can play an important role. Past experience or knowledge helps you cope with a similar problem better. Sometimes action or taking other steps to solve your problem is effective. And meditation is a good everyday practice which promotes good health.

I sleep, which counts as a very deep meditation. I might also distract myself by playing videogames or watching videos. I sometimes take action too.

I've been thinking that a lot lately lol. Life seems to be getting very hectic and I think that something has to give. I honestly think all three would help people take a breather though. You have to have the knowledge that you need to take the breather and why. You need to take action to get yourself to a place where you can take a breather. Then you need to meditate or just breathe to let your mind calm. I hope that makes sense. I've had to do all three things lately. It's worse when you have anxiety.
