Our modem is evidently fried. First available repair slot is two days from now. I am on my phone trying to post.I don't want anyone to worry. I guess this is a great night to go to bed early.

I have switched it up to use my laptop. I do not like it as well but it is better than nothing, by far.

Oh they hurried up all right. They came to the door and hubby did not get there fast enough (in bathroom) so they left. Said we cancelled. Had to wait even more days.

I use my phone to post all the time Heather We havent had modem internet for years. We buy data packs for our phone and it works very well Unlimited dats, calls, texts and tethering for £15 per month Can you not tether from phone to computer either by wi fi hot spot from phone or by usb?

I do not know how to do that and not patient to learn. I have my modem back but am now on my laptop. It is time for a new computer, but I will have to earn it.

@GardenGerty I had a few issues learning lol But I am somewhat glad I did. I could do with buying a computer but there is always something else more important to spend money on
