What is going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us! I'm making beef stroganoff over buttered egg noodles with a side of sauteed baby spinach. It is a good stomach day so I am going to put some protein and some tasty food in my system. The meat alone cost me $30 so this food won't be cheap but it will be tasty. I'll have some leftovers this week. I'll share some with my young neighbor. I'll freeze some. That is what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

That sounds so good. I've made Ricotta, Bacon and Arugula Skillet Pizza tonight. (I'll post my May recipe list this weekend.)

For lunch we had Meals on Wheels - stuffed pepper. For dinner I had 1 crab Rangoon and 1 piece of pizza.
