There is a fenced part of deer park in Cuttack. Within the fence there is a huge area full of trees and biosphere. Deer are allowed to roam in the open. They feed on the leaves and there are no person to disturb. People are allowed to see the deer but not infringe the fenced part other than forest officials.

That's a very good idea. The deer aren't disturbed but the people can still watch them.

thanks Judy yes humans unnecessarily intervene and interfere with animals. The fence separates them so the deer are happy in their habitat
