Udon noodles

I made udon noodles today.I bought it in the supermarket. It consists of noodles, sauce bags, oil bags and vegetable bags.It's very simple and fast to do.First boil the water,put noodles and dried vegetable bags in,Cook for 4 minutes.Put the sauce bag and oil bag in.The picture is the udon noodles I made today.

No, the small supermarket is in my community. I can walk there in three minutes, so normally I only buy what I need at that time. For example, I only bought two bags of udon noodles and an ice cream in the supermarket, and then I went home.

We use the dry or frozen udon and make our own udon broth. We also use beef, chicken, shrimp or a seafood mix - and boiled egg with green onion. Those packet things are real convenient though!

Yes, it's very fast. It's ok if I want to make it more complex, but I usually eat it when I'm lazy.So I won't make it too complicated

I get udon noodles from the big Tesco but it's just the noodles on their own and you have to add your own stuff to it. I'm going to have some again tomorrow night in a stir fry with basmati and wild rice, soya chunks, carrots, peas and onions.
