Red Delicious Apple & Peanut Butter

Red delicious apples are a favorite. I eat them plain, and I also like them with peanut butter. Today I called it dinner. They are also good with cheese. I have tried different types of cheeses. Smoked gouda is probably my favorite cheese. But any kind pairs well with an apple, in my opinion. On these warm and hot days of spring and summer, the light meals work perfect. Salads, sandwiches and apples are all winners in my book. Enjoy your evening and the rest of your week.

I like this combination also, but sometimes I eat celery sticks with peanut butter.

We had a burger and sweet corn. An odd combination, but the sweet corn wouldn't have lasted another day in the fridge. My hubby loved the banana loaf, 1 little loaf wasn't enough, he asked for a second.

Of all the types of apples available, red delicious is my favorite. I like them with peanut butter, cheese and baked with a topping of ricotta cheese

I like apples and pb but haven't had that in years. I was told by my dentist office that eating apples could impact my crowns in the from adversely, so for now I think I'll continue to stay away from them. But maybe he meant if I were to bite into a while one. I forget.
