What's for dinner? May 18

What is going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know! I am finishing what I started last night--homemade meat sauce. I browned the meat and sauteed the garlic and onions and then was too tired to finish everything so I made a sandwich and went to bed. I now have the meat/garlic/onions simmering on the stovetop with crushed tomatoes and plenty of herbs and seasonings. I will have it over some cavatappi pasta with lots of grated romano cheese. Yum yum! That is what is happening here. What are YOU having? Share with us!
