When my friend drove me home, she dropped me off at a spot where I couldn't see my front door.
When I walked up to it, I saw flowers peeking out from behind my garbage can (which I had had to put outside because it was stinking up my apartment 
).
When I got it inside I looked at the card, and it was from Chewy.com, who I called the other day to cancel Angel's dog food orders, and I had told the young man I spoke to that I was cancelling because I had had to put my dog down. 
So I have a bit of brightness in the apartment, now.
