What's for dinner? May 20

What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us! I am having an old favorite--roasted salmon with a sauteed cucumber and dill sauce. To go with it I am going to have homemade creamed spinach and some leftover mashed potatoes. Normally I would make rice but the potatoes are already made and need to be eaten so there we go. That is what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

We had Meals on Wheels for lunch - Swedish meatballs; and I had leftover Brussels sprouts and 2 stuffed mushrooms from Red Lobster.

That's yummy! I can't remember the last time I've ate salmon. If I'm not mistaken it's been more than a year already. Lol.
