A light dinner today

Did a whole lot of cleaning today. I am having aches all over and my ankles have swollen too. Didn't feel like cooking anything for dinner, so I decided to eat some leftover oats idlis and ordered the KFC crispy boneless chicken fry. I had dinner early and will take a glass of cold milk before going to bed.

I had a light dinner too last night. I don't want to eat rice. I just eat turon banana wrapped in lumpia wrapper with sugar

@aninditasen I didn't know that rice aggravates gastritis. No wonder I have problems some evenings.

What is lumping wrapper? I never take rice for dinner as that may aggravate gastritis.

I typically feel like that at the end of a day. Your dinner, to me, sounds prerfectly fine. KFC is one meal my husband never turns down.

@aninditasen leftover snacks and eatables can be made into interesting delicacy. Good that you could clean your house on a Sunday although it's a painstaking job but you feel happy with the end result. I feel Warm milk will be better health wise as it will soothen your stomach and give a good night sleep.

I don't take warm milk in summer. I take cold milk until it rains and the weather cools down.

I have still have pain in my ankles and hips but life has to go on. I am applying hot compress and ointment for relieve. I am doing all my work briefly.
