No one likes to buy my property in the city

That was the feedback from the caretaker no one likes to buy my house and lot. The problem remains, feces were thrown to the ground despite home being fenced. I better hire a security guard good for 2 months to catch up the offenders. There's additional problem the fence is full of vandals. It's sickening. The offenders might do this at the middle of the night for neighbors cannot detect them. This problem makes me sick. I hope my plan is effective to hire a security guard. Thanks for reading and feeling me. Image taken in Cornwall Park Auckland

Instead of hiring someone, can you place hidden cameras to take on video the offenders? It is less expensive and at least you have evidence of what is going on.

@cacay1 - I see, in this case you have to hire someone to stop this.

@LadyDuck, that's good, but they won't be recognized. The gangsters wear mask. If a guard he can fire one culprit in the leg.

That is such a nuisance that people continue on doing that on your property. It seems like no one in the place is interested in getting the culprit caught, I wonder if the sanitation and health of that place is safe still with all their waste thrown in that place the community is also in danger of getting the disease because there is no proper waste disposal. That is also why no buyer would want to buy it.

@cacay1 Seems like no one would be interested to guard that place since I am sure the smell of the place would turn off anyone staying there. Hopefully, someone can truly pinpoint who is doing this. Maybe he has no proper toilet to dispose of that is why they look for an open space to dump their waste.

@rsa101, it's cleaned by the caretaker. He supposed to resigned but I begged him. I gave him extra allowance and promised to give him 15% commission when my property will be disposed, hoping it will soon.

@rsa101 It seems they're a gang. The police patrol must stay in the area where there's problem. These offenders might be adult for youngsters can't survive late in the evening. I hope the guard can fire one in the leg to know who they are and be punished accordingly.

The property looks lovely but it has be guarded or it will be vandalized. Your appointing a security guard is reasonable.

@jstory07, I just want to try if it's effective and if the guard can at least capture one offender to penalize.

@Kandae11, it seems they're outsiders. Our neighbors are professionals so with their children. I believe they're a gang.
