What was I thinking? / myLot

I found the above picture on my phone and, for the life of me, I cannot remember why I took it. Not only did I take it, but I also took the same shot 3 times. This was the best of the 3. The RC car body and chassis you can make out in the picture belonged to my oldest son when he was in high school. I dug it out of storage and got it running again with his blessing. The idea K had was that we might be able to give Sophie a good run by having her chase it around the backyard. No such luck. For reasons we cannot fathom, Sophie is scared witless by the thing. As soon as I started it up, she barked at it and ran for the house. Ace, on the other hand, loves to run after it. Goes to show you never can tell.

Our dog was terrified of the vacuum cleaner…our sons dog wants to attack it, or play with the vacuum….same machine.

It's really strange the things that can scare pets. There is a YouTube clip somewhere of a remote control car going into a horse's yard and the horse immediately puts his hoof on it.

Animals cannot tell us what they are scared of but we can only guess from their reactions.I am learning slowly what my two little kittens Ringo and Michelle like and don't like, If there is a loud noise Ringo goes running with the fur sticking up on his tail so then I know no loud noises for him and so on it is really too funny
