Blue Skies And Sunshine Friday

After a few days of rain there is sunshine here today. And sunshine the next several days. Surprisingly the temperatures are cooler. And that is a good thing. Cool is enjoyable. 65 right now. Perfect weather.
A quiet day so far. Many neighbors are packing up to enjoy a three day Memorial Day weekend away with their families. Airports and interstates will be packed this weekend.
Memorial Day (originally known as Decoration Day) is a federal holiday in the United States for mourning the U.S. military personnel who have died while serving in the United States armed forces.
Will be staying home. Enjoying the birds of course. Bluebirds will be fledging soon. Other birds are hopping around in the yard to be fed. An exciting time.

Pretty view. I'll be staying home too in fact I'll be working. The rain seems to be gone now and to my knowledge it's not rained since last night. I wish I knew the rain would stay away as we could have gotten a job in.

Lovely photo as always. It actually was pretty sunny most of the day here as well. The morning rain they had been calling for didn't happen which is good. Because of the sun and wind today, I will be able to go over to the church tomorrow and mow and clean.
We have never gone anywhere for Memorial day weekend. We always enjoyed just being home.

I have a lot of birds around, too. Of course, I have a bird/squirrel restaurant in the back yard, so….
The sun is trying to come out here, but it’s still mostly overcast. But we’re supposed to have a great weekend. And you have one, too!
