Two Down and One To Go

I went ahead and called my eye doctor's office today. Better to take care of it now than wait. They had my post-operative appointment in the morning and my week after surgery one also in the mornings. I DON'T DO MORNINGS! Why? You might ask. I live with my daughter(manic) and my grandson(a night person). I am a night person. I depend on my daughter as my caregiver. She hauls me around in my wheelchair. I can walk ALITTLE but, not much so better to be in the chair for appointments. And, she is my moral support and all of that. We all do better in the afternoons. I was told by the gal on my measurement appointment(on the 26th) that the doc likes to see surgical patients in the mornings after in case there are issues, so they can get us in for more surgery or whatever if need be. I do understand and that's fine but, I DON'T DO MORNINGS. So, I have them changed. Have to wait until the Friday prior to surgery to find out for sure when my actual surgery will be. This is going to cause me some stress but, I hope I have left enough messages, and spoken to enough people, that they will give me an afternoon surgery time. If not, I don't know what I will do.
