I'm proud to say that I'm ARMY, a fan of the South Korean Grammy-nominated boy group - BTS. They have been spreading positivity, love and support in the lyrics of their songs and have been very vocal against racial discrimination. This is because they have suffered discrimination themselves being Asians. Last May 31, 2022, US president Joe Biden invited them to the White House to speak on the prevention of Asian hate and discrimination. I admire them for making use of their immense popularity in speaking out on issues like these, and in encouraging people all around the world to love themselves and one another. Observers say that not any artist is invited to the WH and not many briefings by the WH were viewed by 300K people simultaneously. The impact BTS have is unmatched. Your thoughts on this? My daughters are a big fan of BTS. They love to dance on those catchy beats. And even I enjoy it. Good that they are making an impact around the world and are vocal about the issue of discrimination.. Discrimination of any kind is a shame in a civilized society

Yes, they are the voice of millions in this generation. They campaign for love, unity and loving one's self and others. I'm glad your daughters are ARMYs, They would be led to the right path.

They do need to be fluent in speaking the second language.

That's one of the things they want to emphasize, that you don't need to speak the same language to be united with each other - unity in diversity. Suga of BTS said: "Being different is not wrong. Equality begins when we open our hearts and embrace all our differences.."

They are doing great. People are not easily invited to White House.

Indeed, they are. President Biden said: "This is one president who appreciates you." and that's already an accolade. Imagine a president saying that to a music boy group.

Yes, they are. I do hope more people would give them a chance in their lives. These people won't regret it.

Yes, it is, that's why I'm trying to convince other people to listen to their messages as well, so they can be happier.
