The lovely Indian singer who died of suffocation recently while performing in Kolkata is due to negligence of organizers who behaved insensitively till the end of his life. He kept screaming in the auditorium from time to time that it was too hot but there weren't any arrangement for air coolers or ACs which should have been. Ultimately when he complained of suffocation he was not taken in a stretcher but made to walk to his car and instead of being taken to the hospital he was taken to his hotel's lounge. By the time he was taken to the hospital he was declared brought dead to the hospital. The organizers should have made first aid arrangements in such a concert. I think they should be sued.

The promoters or organizers are criminally liable for negligence.

That was upsetting as he was a great singer. This is totally the organizer's fault, they should have taken him to the hospital.

Precautionary measures should always be made available at big concerts like this. We have lost of a legend only because of their negligence.
