Our salary dispute

The whole team filed a complaint to our company management as we received our salary early. What?
Possibly, we should received our salary every 5th and 20th if the month. And since 5th is a Sunday, we've received our salary as early as 3pm of 3rd if June. Happy supposedly. But upon checking, there's something wrong. My salary is way below than expected. I'm missing about $160-180. Not only me, others missing about $200-250, others missing $300-350.
I'm lucky with that part because I'm only missing $160-180 but still not a good thing. I'm including my name to file a complaint.

I am sorry that there is money missing from your salary and everyone else's too. Even though you say that it is $160-180 that is still a lot to me and I can understand why you added your name to the complaint. I hope they listen to all of you and do not take parts of your salary again.

I hope it does work out for all of you and you get what is coming to you and continue to get your salary when it is supposed to come and get the amount you should and not short anyone again.

You should do that as the management has no right to cheat you of your dues.

Yes. I agree. One of the changes, before if you do the overtime either 1 or 2 minutes, that's paid already because the computer did the calculation for our payroll. And about 3 weeks ago, they change it from computer to manual calculation. Even my 29 minutes overtime due to long chat is not been paid sa overtime.

I'm sure your company will have a reason, true or not, for giving less pay than expected. Good luck getting the missing money.
