I boiled thin long pasta al dente.

And added homemade pesto, more olive oil and Parmesan cheese. I loved my lunch and instead of placing it in a plate, I used a bowl an brought it to my bedroom. I boiled more pasta than needed and tomorrow I will cook minestrone. It will be perfect for this cold weather. Minestrone is one of the dishes I prefer in winter.
