25 and 25 in the Queue

I always have mentioned that when it comes to doing searches, Bing happens to be my go-to search engine. Not that I have anything against Google, of course. But Bing pays me to search and that makes the difference.
It takes 26,250 points for me to cash in on my "reward" of choice, a $25 Walmart gift card. It's win, win because I own stock in Walmart and of course I also shop there anyway.
I cashed in one this weekend and have already used it. My remaining points balance is 28,524 meaning I have another $25 I can cash in whenever I choose.
It is not entirely free money of course. But since I search a lot for my job anyway, it's not necessarily like I have to work that hard for it either.
Do you Bing?

@Tina30219 Keeping my fingers crossed you get one sooner rather than later. Do you do the daily tasks?

@RebeccasFarm I always find the activities don't take much time at all compared to some other things. But yes, I suppose anything can "daunting."

After reading your post, I signed up for Bing rewards. I read something about referrals. You can claim me for a referral and maybe get extra points?

I have never really paid attention to the search engines I use. I have Apple products and use Safari, so I guess I use whatever Apple’s search feature is when I use the internet. How does the Bing point system work? Do you have to sign up for an account or something?

@porwest I don’t do searches very often, but I should check out Bing and see if I can create an account.

So far as I know, yes. You have to sign up, but then you get points for searching and points for other "tasks" like quizzes and polls and what-not. The points actually do add up rather quickly, but then I do a lot of searches for work. So, that helps. But still worth it in any event.
26,250 points gets me a $25 Walmart gift card, but there are several cards you can redeem for from Burger King to Starbucks to Amazon to Panera Bread and so on and so forth.

Walmart gift card is certainly cool enough. I used to do online searches using Bing. It's quite good actually.

Yes I do. I also MyPoints and BeFrugal. I used to do SwagBucks; but I haven't been on that site in years.

@porwest I made a big score when I used BeFrugal to order my new computer. I got back over $70-100 if I remember correctly.
