I feel pain in my abdomen / myLot

Since yesterday morning, my upper abdominal is not in good condition. I keep come and go at the comfort room. My dinner for now is only porridge with a slice of a chicken. Since I am working at home only, I didn't absent, I still reported for work.

You should see a doctor before the pain gets more. Sometimes we ignore the things and they become unbearable.

Upon validating my previous eating activities before I've felt this pain. About 4 hours before I feel the pain, I've zip black coffee no sugar. And I was hungry that time.
