He escaped again!

Who? Boris! I had allowed the screen door on the front door to not latch because that would've taken a 3rd hand, or put down one of the things I was holding. So, while I was putting the recycling in the bin - there he goes! Now, this isn't the first time he escaped, obviously (again) but what I have learned from the other 3 escapes is that he wants to be chased. The first 2 times we did it, but the last time, before this, I just sat down on the bench on the front porch and not chased him. This time he didn't let me get quite as close, so I went back inside and gathered up the bag of regular trash and took it out. Boris, meanwhile had laid down just under the front of my car and had stayed there while I was inside. So, I went back inside and got the treats. I shook them and let the 2 cats in the front room out, and put down treats. Then I went to the front door and shook them. And, I guess Boris had gotten bored since I wasn't chasing him, because he came running in! I mean, this is the first time I got him to come inside on his own! That's a win - right? So, I threw him in the back pantry so he wouldn't escape again and took care of the cat boxes. Yeah!!!
