- One day, I made the mistake of calling my girlfriend Amber. I was upset that she didnt reciprocate by calling me Johnny. - Theres a current heat alert advisory in my area, till 8 pm sunday. "Oh joy! yay!" (sarcasm tone) - It appears as if theres a thief running around the neighborhood stealing little things from peoples yards. Things like aluminum cans, gas cans, hand tools, things that can basically be sold quick for some small cash. Time to ready the slingshot and re-tape the bat. - Gas prices are out of control. Its matched the prices of most combo meals. Literally down to the choice of eating or walking. - I know this post isnt much, but its whats been on my mind. Final thought- I miss the lockdown of the quarantine era. Theres people now in the stores. Lots of people. Too many people for my liking. Its a slow readjustment for me to be used to crowds of people again. My conversation skills have suffered. I dont feel comfortable talking to strangers or just engaging in small talk with a cashier. Im sure I come off as being rude or cold, my social skills have degraded to poop. Writing/texting is better than verbal for me. - Picture taken today, late morning.
