Starting off to be quite the strange one. I was sleeping when my husband called, thinking I called him. I wonder who's going to have the worse day. I can tell the heat is climbing and I'm hoping to get out before the worst of it hits. But I also going most uphill on my way back home. Days like this make me want to stay inside, but that's not my style. I need to attempt to stay active.

I was in Georgia for two weeks for a summer camp. And that year it was hot enough. I honestly couldn't tell much of a difference. Of course I lived in St. Augustine, then so it was a little further North then where I live now.

Staying active is important. Sorry about the rise in mercury. You can go for outdoor activities during morning or late evening. It might be good at those times.

It might be cooler at those times, but not as safe. Plus, during the winter it gets darker earlier. So, I try to stay consistent so that I don't have to worry about that.
