It is the moment to marinate the pork. I´m wondering what spices to use. As it will go with white rice, I can do any thing. What do you suggest, friends? I am now going to the kitchen. I am going to start crying with a big onion. See you later

Some chefs mix up an Italian dressing, then marinade the pork in this overnight. I've done this with chicken also, it was delicious grilled.

I found some oyster sauce and it smelled delicious. I added some.

I would do orange juice, lime juice, kosher salt, ground black pepper, some chili powder, and fresh chopped cilantro.

I usually do it like that but I wanted something new. I found some oyster sauce and dry ginger. Added a bit of both. I hope I don´t mess it up.

Filipinos most of the time marinate with soy sauce as the base ( a lot of Asians do too) then we add ground black pepper, pounded cloves of fresh garlic, vinegar or native lemon. We love to add a little 7-up to give that sweet taste balance or brown sugar.

If I were making it, I'm partial to a barbecue sauce.
