Jeffrey Chandler who is a retired firefighter felt lucky last Friday when he went to Lou's Stop Shop in Anne Arundel County in Maryland to purchase donuts for his grandkids. I am sure that Jeffrey has some deep pockets since he spent $40 dollars to buy World Championship Tickets to see if he could collect some money to feed his family. The gamble paid off since he managed to win a prize of $96,879 dollars which Jeffrey will use to feed his family and save his money for his retirement which he has earned through many years as a firefighter. I remember a former radio talk show host in New Orleans saying that only rich people or person who can afford to spend money are the ones that can get lucky winning huge lottery prize money.

That's a practical assumption and I believe that for betting on lottery gleams a lot of money until you win by chance. Just the often-quoted saying - "the quiter never wins: the winner never quits"
