Can't get rid of this stuffy nose.

I dreaded the night to come because this is the time my nose gets really stuffy and congested real hard that I can't sleep. I can hardly breathe. Have been to different ENTs but they all give me some medicines and nasal sprays. Been searching on google to know how to heal this but they are all of no use. I don't know what I will do now. I have done everything.

Have you tried flushing your sinuses with warm water? You'll have to do it a couple of times during the night but it does let you breathe for up to four hours.

Have tried it nightly it brings relief most of the time but I can't imagine myself I would do it for the rest of my life. Thanks for this advice.

@jeanbug23 I have lots of allergies. I flush my sinuses every time I shower to get all the pollen out. It makes breathing much easier. You're very welcome.

Have you tried breathing the air from a steamed water with a teaspoon of vaporub?

If your nose is congested with cold.Try eating something spicy or add a pinch of hot pepper sauce to your sandwich or rice. It will loosen up the cold so you can blow your nose easily.

what's the matter with you,did you catch a cold or sth else?I just recover from a severe cold,completely understand how painful when people got nasal congestion.even i have to use mouth to breathe.in a word,It is really torturous.maybe you can try go to high-class hospital to check issue out,wish all the best,take care.
