They Didn't Call Me

My eye doctor's office was supposed to call me today to let me know about eye drop changes. I hadn't heard from by 2:30p. so I called. The nurse told me that they were behind in the clinic and that she would tell them and for sure they will call by the end of the day. The office closes at 5p.
So, it is 5:52p. now and haven't heard a word. They will probably call me at the crack of dawn tomorrow. Grr!

My eye doctor said they are short-staffed and that is why it took so long for my appointment recently. It's very annoying. They should call you when they say they will call.

Another test of patience. I don't do that well and dislike it a lot when people tell me things that aren't true. The rep didn't have to say the nurse would for sure call me at the end of the day if she wasn't.
